About the role
As Optus Business Digital Sales Consultant, you'll be the voice of Optus for our business customers


Be a part of vibrant, successful, and highly specialised business sales team passionate about providing comprehensive packages to small and medium business.

Through providing outstanding service to existing and new customers and resolving issues, you'll build positive relationships.

And the good news is that in this role you'll predominantly be undertaking inbound calls, working Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm.

Work in our Adelaide CBD Office which is centrally located and easily accessible by nearby public transport. The office has all modern facilities and plenty of areas to collaborate and take a break and recharge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer enquiries providing outstanding customer service
  • Creating unique customer connections through building long lasting customer relationships
  • Communicating, promoting and selling Optus products and services to new and existing business customers
  • Finding opportunities to recommend workable solutions that meet business needs, partners and customers, to ensure maximum brand loyalty

About you

  • You'll be an energetic, passionate, confident and people focussed individual who has prior success in a contact centre or sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in target driven environment and be able to provide outstanding customer experiences
  • You are a problem solver, negotiator and standout colleague, who can work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a positive cando approach
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and a high level of personal accountability, ensuring you take ownership and follow up
