The Company Secretarial Associate is a new role within the Governance Services team, it continues the expansion in providing professional company secretarial services to local, global, listed, and unlisted clients.
This role will primarily support the legal entity compliance team but will also play a role in supporting listed company clients with their company secretarial needs.

Be a valued part of a small and growing company secretarial compliance team. Working on both routine and at times urgent work that may be time pressured and mission critical.
Your role will work with both the local Governance Services and Issuer Services teams and our global coordinating workforce to identify opportunities and maintain healthy client relationships.
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
- Delivery of entity compliance, governance and transaction related matters for domestic and international clients.
- Draft routine and bespoke governance documentation, prepare statutory forms and provide practical advice to clients on compliance requirements.
- Provide high level administrative support for the delivery of governance advisory (listed) and managed service client engagements.
- Support appropriate use of technology to deliver services.
