Job Description:


This role will provide individual and group clinical supervision for Behaviour Support Practitioners and provide feedback that informs continuous improvement.


On a daily basis, you will:

  • Mentor clinicians to enable them to develop and deliver behaviour support services in accordance with the NDIS safeguards framework, particularly regarding restrictive practices
  • Accompany TL's, clinicians and students on appointments to provide shadowing opportunities, coaching and assistance
  • Assist with guiding, collaborating and reflecting on clinical practice
  • Champion and foster evidence based practices that are supported by the Clinical Excellence team
  • Contribute and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice as directed.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current registration with the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Assessed as an Advanced or Specialist
  • A desire to share your knowledge and inspire junior clinicians
  • Experience teaching, coaching and supervising clinicians within behaviour support
