An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our client's growing team.

They are a boutique firm based in Sydney's Lower North Shore.

We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and driven individual, with strong attention to detail, seeking to embark upon a career in real estate.


Duties including:

Supporting a team of Sales & Property Management professionals, your tasks would include:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Extremely organized with good time management skills
  • Proactive, punctual, reliable, hardworking and can treat information with confidentiality
  • The ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Sound communication skills
  • Be friendly, supportive and have a willingness to support the team
  • A pleasant attitude towards customers & fellow staff. Enjoy dealing with people daily and be adaptable to all personality types
  • Ability to work methodically, accurately, and neatly
  • Experience in Real Estate ideal, but not essential

  • 12 years administration experience working in the real estate industry
