ROLE PURPOSE

As a Media Coordinator, your main role is to support the broader client team across various areas such as client management, investment, and digital aspects. You will learn the basics of planning, purchasing, reporting, and analysis, providing essential support for campaigns across different formats and platforms. Your accurate reporting is crucial to meet both internal and client needs.

  • Account & Implementation Support
  • Diligent financial management
  • Building effective external relationships with agency partners
  • Meeting all training requirements and certifications

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Account & Implementation Support

  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and with utmost attention to detail.
  • Assist the team in fulfilling client requests promptly.
  • Compile information for presentations in a comprehensive and insightful manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with various media channels and deliver competitive reports.
  • Assist in campaign management tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely data entry for client reports.
  • Manage material instructions and delivery effectively.
  • Assist in digital ad operations and trafficking.

Diligent Finance Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for campaigns.
  • Handle monthly invoicing efficiently within designated deadlines.
  • Run Expenditure/Invoice reports effectively.
  • Manage archiving processes and follow compliance guidelines.
  • Address and resolve Account Queries promptly.

Build effective external relationships with agency partners

  • Cultivate relationships with creative and media agencies.
  • Attend media owner presentations, representing the agency professionally.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in systems relevant to the media coordinator role.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Ability to manage relationships with superiors and colleagues effectively.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Efficient task prioritization and management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
