About the Position

In the role of Coordinator, your responsibilities include supporting the implementation of end-to-end client campaigns. You will manage campaign setup, traffic, and monitoring, as well as oversee client materials and assist in general administrative tasks for the Mindshare team. You will contribute to planning the media experience and executing trades. Media coordinators at Mindshare have the autonomy to engage extensively with the client team, providing exposure to all phases of the process.

Team Engagement

  • Collaborate with the wider agency community, engaging in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Offer relevant and insightful contributions internally for the agency's wider audience
  • Participate actively in regular departmental meetings

Client Engagement

  • Gain insight into client challenges, objectives, and initiatives
  • Contribute to enhancing the agency's reputation for exceptional client service by meeting and exceeding client expectations consistently
  • Commence building relationships with clients at a Marketing Assistant level

Media Partner Engagement

  • Interact with our partners to deepen your understanding of the media landscape and core media principles, along with the capabilities of various media touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with Media and platform partners, establishing robust relationships from the outset and grasping their offerings' relevance to our clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • Curiosity and eagerness to delve into the media industry
  • Desire to contribute value to the team and broader agency
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Prior work experience in a media agency is preferred but not mandatory
  • Degree in Communications, Media, or related field would be advantageous
