About the role
At Beleura Private Hospital, we take pride in providing a diverse array of nutritious meals to our patients.

As a member of our Catering team, you will join a dynamic group dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with our Ramsay Core Values.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving patient meals on our tray line and attending to patients throughout the Hospital.
  • Upholding food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assisting to fellow team members as needed.
  • Managing stock inventory effectively

_Flexibility to work across a 7-a day roster, encompassing morning and afternoon shifts._

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospital environment desired.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
  • Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
  • Food hygiene certificate desired
  • Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay's core values.

Remuneration:
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $23.97 + casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances**

Beleura Private Hospital has been providing services to Melbourne's southeastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula community since 1969.

With the opening of the rehabilitation unit in 2015, Beleura Private Hospital has grown to a 205-bed facility, equipped with 4 operating theatres, high dependency unit and short stay unit.
