Your new opportunity:


As a Customer Account Manager you'll play a vital role in managing customer accounts an ensuring the seamless transition from project delivery to service in the Energy Solutions Department.

You'll collaborate with various teams and departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients, and maximise customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong commercial acumen and a technical background in power generation

In this role you will:

  • Visit customers and their sites
  • Manage the transition from Energy Solutions Project delivery to Service & support with the execution of Service contracts and commitments.
  • Project manage major service activities and facilitate the resolution of customers' technical issues
  • Actively engage with Energy Solutions customers to seek, manage & grow service opportunities
  • Monitor and improve the performance of existing service contracts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate service contracts with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyse KPIs and customer satisfaction to provide strategies for continuous improvement
  • Share your knowledge of Energy Solution products, their operation and service requirements with customers and internal stakeholders

About you:

  • Trade or Engineering qualification in diesel mechanics, industrial electrical or related field, with good commercial understanding/background in a technical environment
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of service contracts and deliverables
  • Experience with managing projects and a good understanding of the power generation sector
  • Proficient negotiator with highly developed communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrable ability to interact with, and influence key stakeholders
  • The drive and commitment to achieve business success and growth.
  • Prior experience in a junior leadership role ideal
  • Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
