Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly to client requests or warm leads for new clients
  • Have a clear understanding of role specific recruitment requirements, working with applicants skilled and unskilled, from various backgrounds.
  • Meet client expectations and achieve the goals, targets and KPIs as set
  • Previous experience working with JobAdder or a similar recruitment system
  • Understand client onboarding and mobilisation requirements related to construction
  • Drive high performance safety standards
  • Perform client visits to manage relationships and identify opportunities
  • Experience within a similar position or have the desire to climb up to the next level
  • Knowledge of relevant awards, and market competitive salary information
  • The ability to develop and maintain sound business relationships at all levels
  • Ability to learn, cope & deal with fast moving situations and be highly responsive
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High initiative and attention to detail
  • Have a valid Australian drivers' licence
