The Learning business unit, within PC&C, provides strategic direction for learning strategy, governance, design, delivery and quality assurance of professional learning that uplifts capability of the workforce.


Your role


As a Project Lead, you will plan and manage project activities including, development and implementation of a range of projects to support the achievement of organisational objectives.

Our focus is systems, support materials and policy that improves a teachers experience in planning and completing Performance and Accreditation activities.


You will:

  • Be a trusted partner to the Strategic Initiatives team on all things related to project management
  • Oversee all aspects of project initiation, planning, development, implementation and evaluation
  • Monitor program delivery aspects, identify risks and design contingency plans
  • Manage project teams to ensure compliance with governance and quality requirements
  • Lead the team in the use of contemporary learning delivery methodologies
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork in a fun work environment

  • You will be collaborative, agile, and disciplined about delivering outcomes for all students of NSW
  • You are excited by challenges and thrive working in an environment where you can problem solve for your clients and recommend innovative learning delivery methodologies that you know will make a difference
  • You are a seasoned project delivery expert with recent experience delivering projects and programs with a keen focus on continuous improvement
  • You have a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholders both internal and external
