About the role:


You'll play a vital role by ensuring frontline systems support for Ventia Operations Centre (VOC) are running smoothly and supporting contracts to maximise service by delivery and commercial performance using data and analytics.

You'll lead and manage a team to ensure suitable mobilisations of systems support across multiple projects on time.


We're seeking a
Projects Lead to be responsible for ensuring frontline systems support for Ventia Operations Centre (VOC) and supporting contracts to maximise service.

Additionally, you'll ensure suitable mobilisations of systems support across multiple projects within appropriate timelines.

Furthermore, you'll be required to:

  • Ensure appropriate supporting system documentation (eg/ process maps, guidelines and manuals) is maintained.
  • Identifies and recommends ideas to improve efficiency of business processes within VOC and Business Systems.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members as required, promoting a cohesive and sustainable team environment.

About you:

  • Demonstrated people management skills.
  • Previous experience working in a projects role with the ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders.
  • Be customer/client focussed and work with strict KPIs.
  • Possess strong Data and analytic skills.
