Your opportunity
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll provide support and empowerment to clients from various backgrounds. Collaborating with dedicated colleagues, you'll find fulfillment in aiding children and adults who rely on our services. Here's how you'll contribute:
- You'll welcome clients and address both in-person and phone queries
- You'll manage reception tasks and handle general administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling appointments, processing claims, data entry, and compiling monthly reports
- You'll engage extensively with our diverse clientele, including children and adults with diverse needs, along with individuals from multicultural and Indigenous backgrounds
- You'll handle minor repairs and troubleshooting of hearing aids
- You'll support Clinicians in delivering clinical services by identifying client needs proactively, providing professional guidance, and demonstrating the usage of hearing aids
What you'll bring
