Our client is a fast growing market leader in residential aged care services with a philosophy based on excellence in care and excellence in its people.

Reporting to the Facility Manager you will be responsible for the day to day office management for the facility

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Meeting and Greeting visitors
  • Reviewing waiting lists and sending updates to customers
  • Database management
  • Improving of administration procedures
  • Coding invoices, processing accounts receivable and payable
  • Reconciling petty cash receipts and expenses
  • Collecting monies, organising payment arrangements
  • Reporting and recording hazards and any injuries or near misses
  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Preparation of contracts for new residents
  • Play a pivotal role in management of staff allocations/rostering and administration of rostering systems.
To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous experience in front office reception within aged care or similar field
  • Customer focused with a high attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with good time management skills.
  • Ability to show leadership, maturity, initiative
  • Able to work as part of team
  • Good understanding of Legislation and Standards relating to Aged Care and Accreditation processes
  • Understanding of Aged Care funding arrangements
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office and database management
  • You must hold a current National Police Check.
