Senior Financial Crime Risk Specialist

As a key implementer, you will engage across various project streams within a comprehensive, global-scale Financial Crime Transformation Program, emphasizing Transaction Monitoring, Risk Assessment & Risk Remediation.
Your role will involve developing frameworks for enterprise-level risk evaluations pertaining to Financial Crime risk operations.
You will design and execute operational models and processes tailored to enhance efficiency.
Identifying and documenting process deficiencies will be essential; you will facilitate workshops with business and project teams to address these issues.
Conducting thorough root-cause analyses of risk incidents and proposing effective interventions for resolution will be a critical part of your responsibilities.
It will be necessary to validate root causes, articulate requirements, and manage conflicts, issues, and changes effectively.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Crime Compliance, ideally in roles such as Risk Manager or Business Analyst focused on Transaction Monitoring within an Institutional context.
Experience in regulatory compliance, auditing, or related fields across diverse jurisdictions in APAC and EU is highly advantageous.
You should possess extensive hands-on experience in process enhancement and re-engineering within an Institutional Banking framework.
Demonstrated capability in nurturing key stakeholder relationships at senior levels, both internally and externally, is essential.
