So, what's the job?

  • You'll be delivering a highly empathetic customer experience
  • You'll assess and investigate a portfolio of claims for our travel insurance customers
  • You'll analyse information from a variety of sources and stakeholders, communicating clearly to parties inside and outside the business
  • You'll clearly communicate claims outcomes to customers, facilitating timely resolutions and payments when applicable

  • You'll be customer focussed, with the drive to deliver an empathetic customer experience
  • You'll be eager to learn new skills within the claims and insurance industry
  • You'll be comfortable working with multiple systems at once and coordinating between them
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You'll have an eye for detail and a willingness to contribute to workplace improvement and changes
