The Opportunity:


Primarily you'll be working with our Content team which is responsible for providing awesome on-air and digital content for our Brisbane audience and beyond.

This role reports to the Content Coordinator and is responsible for a lot of the fun stuff like organising initiatives and campaigns to engage with our audience.

This ranges from giveaways, promotions, marketing and public events.

We are a faith filled workplace who love to work hard and not take ourselves too seriously. We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator able to connect with a wide range of people. You will be highly organised and have the initiative to proactively identify and source opportunities for promotional campaigns.

You will have initiative to proactively identify and source opportunities and the skill to engage and negotiate with suppliers and sponsors.


The role involves:

  • Oversee initiatives and activities of the Promotions department
  • Sourcing and scheduling products and services for prizes, giveaways and onair promotions
  • Planning and executing public audience engaging events and activities
  • Coordinating onair missionally focused listener engagement campaigns
  • Confidently and enthusiastically represents the station to external, thirdparty stakeholders
  • Proactively explore and initiate strategic alliances and activation opportunities with likeminded organisations
  • Regularly liaise with members of the Content Team, Sponsorship Sales, Relationship Management and Production
  • Involved in the budgeting/reporting processes with the Content Director
  • Oversee casuals and volunteers in Promotions department
  • Packing and organising of prizes and equipment onsite and at events
This is a full time fixed term contract (maternity leave cover) with the potential to extend.

  • This role also requires a valid drivers licence, current police check & blue card and manual handling ability
