This is an exciting and curated opportunity for a Promotions-Pricing Administrator to join the Michael Hill Technology team Full Time through our transformational journey, partnering with key stakeholders to manage promotions for our multi-brand business.
Reporting to the IT Partner Business Analyst, the Pricing Administrator is responsible for promotion configuration, execution and coordination across our I.T Systems and departments, maintaining the regular cycle of decisions-though-to-execution of promotions and department alignment for these offers with a strong, aligned focus on:
- Enabling great Customer Experience and Staff Experience through consistent promotion execution for store and online channels
- A highly collaborative approach, actively communicating and engaging with the business across multiple departments and brands to bring transparency and consistency to the promotions both upcoming and in market
- Proactive listening and learning. Actively seeking out and acquiring new knowledge and skills. Sharing knowledge, skills and experience within teams and with the broader business
- Discipline and accountability in day-to-day processes including documentation, engagement processes, work planning and tracking using agreed processes & methodologies
This role will require:
- University degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business or other relevant discipline
- Competent and confident at facilitating collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, delivering concrete outcomes
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management
- Resilience and resourcefulness
- Clear and concise verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative nature
