About the Role

  • Provide high quality service as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Creative positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction is obtained.
  • Managing customer interactions & enquires via inbound/outbound channels
  • Working through our different systems such as CRM, EBS and outlook.
  • Extensive database management and data entry.

About You

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
