Customer Service Officer | Lithgow | NSW Government

As a Customer Service Representative at PoliceLink, you will play a vital role in supporting the NSW Police Force, helping to keep the community safe. You will respond to calls and contacts from the community across emergency and non-emergency business streams.

This role is rewarding, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference in the community.

If you enjoy multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your ideal role.

Daily Activities include:

  1. Answer and process a variety of customer calls and contacts
  2. Facilitate a timely response to emergency calls from the community
  3. Utilise the latest systems and technology to support the NSW Police and Community

What you need to succeed:

  1. High level keyboard skills and experience in Windows applications
  2. Excellent attention to detail, comprehension and short-term memory
  3. Able to work rotational shifts 24/7

  2. Permanent full-time and part-time positions
  3. Competitive Annual Salary + shift penalties
  4. Roles start in January 2025

Successful applicants will participate in a seven-week full-time course and training.

Prior to commencement, successful candidates must complete a National Police Check (criminal history) and will also be required to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
