Whether you're at a distribution center, a bakery, in-store, or on the go, you play a vital role in an iconic Australian brand situated at the core of the nation.

Role Overview

Under the guidance of the Store Manager, you will be fully responsible for overseeing daily operations in the service department and front of store functions. This includes managing checkouts and the customer service desk, ensuring the store maintains a high standard of presentation, and fosters a welcoming environment for customers, team members, and the local community.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in a dynamic customer-facing setting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead, mentor, and develop your team to achieve targets and operational requirements
  • Maintain top-notch service levels by ensuring cleanliness and safety in the checkout area
  • Promote a unified team environment that prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of team members
  • Customer-centric mindset, continuously striving to understand our diverse customers to deliver exceptional shopping experiences consistently
