About the Role:

  • Supporting the organization in identifying current business requirements, optimizing hospital application and infrastructure systems to boost business efficiency
  • Providing specialist level 3 support for hospital technology applications and systems
  • Rolling out new software releases and configuring applications and systems
  • Monitoring and reporting on application and system performance
  • Recognizing risks and issues related to application usage
  • Handling support and business as usual operations as a level 3 escalation
  • Aiming for the best outcomes for customers and systems when troubleshooting
  • Tackling system and software application issues
  • Creating, assessing, and updating documentation reflecting hospital business processes

Essential Criteria:

  1. Senior experience in at least 3 of the following: Windows Server, Linux, VMWare, Citrix, O365, AWS, Networking
  2. Knowledge of debugging tools like WinDbg, Wireshark, iPerf, Perfmon, and Procmon
  3. Advanced Active Directory skills
  4. ADFS and MS Entra ID optimization
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills
  6. Decisiveness and confidence in problem-solving
  7. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks
  8. Strong organization and prioritization skills
  9. Proficiency in Office & Office 365 applications
  10. Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting and deployment
  11. Skilled in PowerShell and VB scripting

Desirable Criteria:

  1. Certifications in AWS, M365, Windows, Networking, VMWare
  2. Level 3 experience with various technologies
  3. Previous project experience and understanding of project management methodologies
  4. Technical knowledge of databases and SQL
  5. Prior work experience in the Healthcare industry
