The Company
Our client owns and operates one of Australia's key pieces of infrastructure. They deliver a world-class experience to their customers and are a fundamental part of Sydney's transport network

The Role


The temp role of Executive Assistant supports the General Manager ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the business.

The EA will play a key role in providing administrative support, supporting organisational priorities as well as proactively managing internal and external stakeholders.

This is a highly visible role across the organisation and has exposure to various parts of the business.

  • Coordination and setup of internal and external meetings
  • Coordinating regular team meetings/catchups, including preparing an agenda
  • Assistance with the coordination of reports, presentations and papers for Committees and Board
  • Financerelated administration tasks including creating PO's, processing invoices, reconciliating expenses, and staff capex hours.
  • Book all travel for the team and prepare travel itineraries
  • Coordinate the learning and development activities of the team
  • Coordinate the culture and awareness activities of the team
  • Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding of the team
  • Preparation of written communications including correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations

Preferred experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or other relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent general office administration skills
  • Advanced computer software skills for MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer service experience
