About the company:
Our client is a Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. A great opportunity for an individual who enjoys and has experience working in a program or project environment previously to join a busy team on a long term temporary assignment for 12 months.

About the role:

  • Providing clerical, administration and operational support to a project team
  • Stakeholder engagement - internal or external
  • Project administration and coordination, including reviewing project activities and plans
  • Research and analysis, including generating reports and updates on project
  • Project reporting
  • Drafting written documents including business cases, plans, briefs and corporate documents
  • Quality and compliance

About you:

  • You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation
  • You will have excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • You will be comfortable working in an ever changing project environment, or have previous experience working on a project
  • Ideally you will have experience working in either health, aged care, community services or the disability sector previously.

Benefits:

  • ASAP start pending Federal Police clearance
  • 12 month temporary assignment
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day

  • $55.24 per hour + super
