Job description:

The Opportunity


On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an APS5 Project Officer for a 12 month assignment based in Geelong.

This role will be 37.5 hours per week paying an hourly pay rate of $53.63 plus super.

Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Supporting the production of regular reporting
  • Assist with analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to enable understanding of insights
  • Maintain and further develop the record management system for participant insights
  • Assist with internal communications to coordinate stakeholders including scheduling and attending meetings, recording minutes and provide input where required
  • Coordinate and manage actions from meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate;

  • Previous experience writing briefs and research documents and reports suitable for government and senior executives
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • An understanding of how to create accessible documents in a range of formats would be advantageous
