The exciting opportunity

Our client, a community-oriented federal government agency, is offering a captivating role for an APS5 Project Officer to join their dynamic Aged Care & Hospital Interface division.

This 12-month initial Labour Hire contract comes with the possibility of extension, providing stability.

As an APS5 level professional, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $55.24 along with Superannuation benefits.

Located in Geelong, this hybrid position allows you to work 2 days from home and 3 days on site, balancing flexibility and collaboration. You'll be working 37.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical expertise in various programs such as systems, financials, and staff performance.
  • Support in maintaining process and documentation for efficient service delivery.
  • Analyze data for drafting comprehensive internal and external communications.
  • Sustain a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks to facilitate innovative solutions.
  • Collate workforce planning data for audits and reports, ensuring alignment with performance metrics.
  • Drive innovation to enhance service quality and efficiency.

About you

  • Australian citizenship is mandatory for this role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in disability, health, or aged care domains.
  • Proven expertise in case management.
