About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. As a Members Services Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for Defence Health within our call centre and will be responsible for offering expert advice on our private health insurance products.

We kick off your journey with us by providing comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the necessary skills to excel within the team.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Prior experience in customer service (retail, hospitality) or contact centre roles preferred
  • Enjoys engaging over the phone
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information for others
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn
