Our client, a esteemed global law firm located in the heart of the CBD, is renowned for its impressive offices and numerous employee perks. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their National Managing Partner in the Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive management of email, calendar, and daily schedule.
  • Timely organisation and delivery of all correspondence.
  • Coordination of conferences and functions.
  • Arrangement of travel, accommodation, and internal and external meetings.
  • Planning, forecasting, and management of budgets, expenses, and reporting.
  • Minute-taking and follow-up on action items from management meetings.
  • Direct client interactions and assistance with business development.
  • General administrative duties as needed.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Advanced computer and technology skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and consistently show initiative.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Highly efficient with excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexible with working hours, able to assist with urgent tasks outside core hours.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
