As a
Client Coordinator & Administration Legend, you will be responsible for the day-to-day admin, reception and job scheduling of between 3 & 6 clients, depending on their size and requirements.

Personal Assistant & Administration Support to our Director and team leaders

  • Build & retain relationships with all clients

Reception Services - answering & managing all incoming calls, as well as making outgoing calls

Job Management
  • Processing purchase orders,
    scheduling jobs in a job management software, communicating with our clients' clients, processing and following up quotes & invoices, following all checklists and processes

Skills Required:

  • A positive attitude and
    BRILLIANT phone manner:
  • Data Entry with
    high attention to detail (a MUST) & the ability to
    Multi-Task:
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Highlevel customer service
  • Ability to pick up new computer systems and software
  • Enthusiastic, Flexible and not afraid to get your hands dirty or learn new skills with a varied workload
  • Take pride in your work and understand the importance of working to a high standard to support our clients

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE;

  • Knowledge of
    ServiceM8, SimPro or other Job Management software:
