About the role
- Understand the elements of the Alliance Charter and their individual contribution in its delivery
- Adherence to the Alliance Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.
- Compliance with the Safety and Environmental Responsibilities specific to Alliance Management Plan
- Understand the technical signalling deliverables associated with the Project works and ensure they are compliant with technical specifications, applicable legislation, approvals, standards and risk management processes
- Support the development of the signalling and communications design from reference through to detailed design stage
- Support the Signalling lead with the logistics for signalling procurement, deliveries and distribution of materials and equipment
- Support the Signalling lead in Coordination and administering signalling engineering activities including factory prewiring and site installation works to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with construction program, plans, designs, and specifications
- Monitor progress of signalling activities for adherence to programme and report to the Signalling Lead
Requirements for this role are:
- Qualification in Engineering and or appropriate discipline
- Signalling engineering experience
- Project Engineering and Signalling Construction experience on major projects
- Knowledge of signalling plans, circuit books and other associated signalling designs
- Knowledge of signalling civil works including Combined Services Route and equipment foundation construction
