Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside a Managing Director
  • Managing current and active leads
  • Campaign management.
  • Buyer work
  • Submissions
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries through the web-site and marketing
  • Vendor management
  • Updating the database
  • Inspecting commercial properties with prospective buyers
  • Sourcing data from various outlets
  • Mail marketing, phone canvassing and LinkedIn marketing
  • Just sold & leased marketing on website and letter heads
  • Ad hoc administration duties

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • A corporate, polished, and professional presentation.
  • Wanting a professional career in the property industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a sales environment
  • Residential candidates will be considered.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • A team player to works in a team-oriented environment.
