We are looking for a strong marketing generalist to partner with leaders across the business and deliver various sector and capability marketing campaigns.

Working as part of our global brand marketing team, this role will see you partnering with Sector, Office and Practice Leaders across the business to identify the themes and topics that will cut through with time-poor senior executives, define market positioning and deliver engaging and creative marketing campaigns.

This is an exciting role for an adaptable and creative thinker, that will offer a great deal of variety, intellectual stimulation, and the chance to genuinely influence how we take our brand and expertise to market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work across a variety of marketing and campaign activities, taking on an increasingly strategic role as you build strong and trusted relationships with senior leaders in the business.

You will:

  • Partner with senior leaders in the business to shape, then deliver our priority sector, market and practice campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase our expertise and reinforce our brand positioning through across a broad range of channels and activities including events, content, general communications, and client engagement.
  • Work with the broader brand marketing team to support the development of content (written, video, digital, podcast) to support campaigns.
  • Manage priority marketing partner relationships in Australia, the UK and Canada (CEDA, IPAA, AFR, IfG, etc.), and continuously explore opportunities to source additional ones that align with the brand, and deliver value.
  • Provide ad hoc advice to Nous Group colleagues to support their general marketing and business development efforts.

Experience and capabilities required:

  • 5+ years' experience across a broad range of marketing capabilities, including campaign design and execution.
  • Experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing digital marketing, content creation, event management and business development activities.
  • Experience working in professional services or management consulting is strongly preferred, in either a client-facing or internal marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience planning and executing promotional and/or client events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Intellectual flexibility, and the ability to integrate new information and switch from the detail to the big picture.
  • The ability to interpret, then draw insights from business intelligence data and systems.
  • Use analytics tool to monitor and report on campaign performance, measure ROI and identify opportunities for campaign improvements as needed.
  • The ability to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
  • The willingness and flexibility to work with a global team.
  • A strong track record of managing resources effectively to ensure projects and initiatives get delivered on time and within budget.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, media communications or similar (desirable but not essential)
