Crown Perth.
- Under the general guidance of the Chief Steward, you will be responsible for supervising a team of kitchen stewards to carry out the cleaning of cooking utensils, along with maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area to ISO 22000 food safety management standards. You will provide assistance to the team and be involved with training, maintaining records and coaching employees on the job.
- Previous supervisory experience within a kitchen operation
- Experience training and coaching staff
- Knowledge of Safe OH&S practices and HACCP
- Knowledge and commitment to EEO and Ethical Practices.
- Extensive stewarding experience in the hotel industry
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of operating kitchen mechanical equipment.
This role will include graveyard shifts and will need flexible availability across 7-days.
