About the role


This role aims to provide a positive customer experience and support delivery of quality care that meets the unique requirement of each client in a manner that is satisfactory to the client and compliant with required quality standards.


It would suit a strong, customer focussed administrator with a keen interest in learning more about the community services sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide timely, positive and effective customer service to all disability clients when interacting with them
  • Be responsive to all disability client requests for information and/or assistance
  • Ensure complete and accurate client files are properly established within information repositories
  • Undertake periodic review of internal/external client files and associated information repositories to ensure accuracy and compliance with required standards
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

  • Well organised; able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Commitment to providing quality service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to show initiative and work with mínimal supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Respect for staff and client privacy and understanding of confidentiality requirements.
  • Sound understanding of client confidentiality and maintaining records
  • Knowledge of the NDIS, HCP & VHC sector would be advantageous but not necessary
