Your Role
This is a rare opportunity to combine your superior administrative skills with your passion for engaging with people. When our customers buy our products, we make sure they're well looked after. All the way from our exceptional after sales technical servicing, to the quality of our service contracts and invoicing management. That's where you come in. You'll make sure their service plans and invoices are all in order, every detail as it should be, to maximise customer satisfaction and retention. The other exciting part of the role is identifying and presenting opportunities for our longer-term customers to upgrade their Billi experience with a new and improved water system and associated servicing plan.

Your Background

  • Experience in a similar administration and/or customer service role
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously with a moderate to high level of proficiency in MS Office, including ability to use basic Excel formulas
  • Professional and friendly phone manner
  • Strong customer service focus, communication and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Can listen, negotiate and work with a wide range of customers
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Flexible to support colleagues and other projects when required
  • Ability to manage high task volume in agreed timeframes
  • Aptitude to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Displays the highest levels of integrity and commitment
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
