aka Recruitment is excited to be working with a Commercial Automotive client in Leeds to bring you a rare Invoicing Administrator position. Joining a thriving and busy department, this role will be on a temp-to-perm basis.

Job Duties Include:
  1. Liaising with customers and clients regarding prices/costings
  2. Processing invoices
  3. Building and maintaining relationships
  4. Cross-referencing and managing invoices on the system
  5. Working with different departments and branches to ensure details are up to date
Requirements:
  • Experience with invoices is essential
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential
  • A good attention to detail is a must for this role
