  • Located in Brisbane CBD, Queensland
  • Up to 12month assignment, with the possibility of an extension, pending business requirements.
  • APS4 equivalent $43 + per hour + Superannuation.

About the role

Enquiry Handling: Research and respond to general enquiries, analyse documents and data to provide informed support.

Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare meeting minutes and papers to ensure effective team communication.

Communication Support: Support the drafting of written communications, manage documents, and maintain databases.

Travel and Finance: Organise travel arrangements and assist with finance reconciliation processes.

Project Participation: Participate in project management work as directed, supporting the delivery of work priorities.

About you

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in administration or a related field is required.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholder interactions.
  • Proficient in research and analysis, with the ability to respond to general enquiries with accuracy.
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and managing documentation.
  • Familiarity with travel coordination and finance reconciliation processes.
