Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives & Analysts in Brisbane CBD. We manage a diversified client base, and provide full Business & Commercial Banking solutions.

The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $15m or $1m - $3m in commercial lending and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice.

As a Relationship Executive, you will provide meaningful solutions for a well-established portfolio with a specialist focus on Professional Services clients in the small to medium sized business segment.

Understanding the Professional Services industry, and the specific needs and goals of your clients, will help you to use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities.

You will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward and to grow our client base.


This opportunity would suit an experienced Small Business Banker from Commercial Banking with established networks and or experience in the professional services industry.

You will join a successful & motivated team, to develop & enhance your experience within complex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey.


You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition in the as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.


More specifically, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
  • Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities in the Professional Services Industry;
  • Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
  • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
  • Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

  • Experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial Banking portfolio with strong connections in Professional Services;
  • Experience in business/commercial lending >$1m;
  • A deep understanding of banking products and services;
  • Sound financial analysis and credit skills, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cashflow drivers; and
  • A real passion for customer service and driving new business.
