About the company

About the role
***The Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning and delivery of a high-quality program of events. Working with a range of internal & external stakeholders this role is pivotal in the businesses' ability to run events ranging from webinars, seminars to gala award nights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Events Team in the coordination and professional delivery of the events program including seminars, webinars, Awards programs, auctioneering competitions, lunches and other networking functions.
  • Provide support in the promotion of the events program and work with the marketing team to develop appropriate marketing material
  • Manage event/webinar registrations.
  • Respond to all event enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Speaker, venue and supplier liaison.
  • Event administration including preparation of runsheets, scripts, presentations, nametags, attendee lists, evaluations, postevent follow up etc.
  • Liaise with event partners to ensure agreed partnership benefits are delivered.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in the coordination/administration of events.
  • Welldeveloped administration and organisation skills.
  • IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills written and oral.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience working with budgets.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to multitask and problem solve.
