The Company:

This organisation is one of Victoria's largest and oldest charities. They have a wonderful internal team as well as a huge network of volunteers.

They are seeking an individual who can assist the Major Events Team with event support for a major public event.


The Role:

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Creating Word and Excel documents for the events
  • Providing instructions and information to those that ring our offices regarding the Events
  • Coordinating staff, media and vehicles passes
  • Chasing up supplier documentation
  • Sending out information to participants and stakeholders

Days Required:

Using week commencing date below and listing amount of days required:

  • 18th March: 2 days
  • 25th March: 2 days
  • 1st April: 4 days
  • 8th April: 4 days
  • 15th April: 4 days
  • 22nd April: Needs to be first 4 days of this week


Of the above days Wednesday will need to be included each week and the role will be working from the office in Collins St in Melbourne CBD.
