About the role:
(You will have some experience and be introduced too)

  • Supporting customers with entry level technical support queries
  • Supporting customers with entry level product queries
  • You have the ability to clearly communicatee via written and oral English
  • Coordinate technicians
  • Create Edit and Maintain Service Job Status within your team
  • Fault finding, troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues over the telephone
  • Excellent data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also on autonomous tasks

You bring:

  • Current Australian Drivers Licence no public transport available
  • Strong customer service skills and an ability to collaborate with a variety of different colleagues internally and externally
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting experience (or be a logical thinker)
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently on challenging problems
  • Understanding of Streaming Services such as KAYO, FOXTEL, NETFLIX etc
  • Knowledge and experience in connecting devices such as phones, ipads etc to WiFi Networks
  • Reliable, Punctual and a bright bubbly ready for work attitude

$55,000.00 per year
