About the role:

Join our dynamic Customer Care team at Manheim and become a vital part of our commitment to exceptional customer service We're on the lookout for a customer-focused administrative expert to ensure our customers - both vendors and buyers - receive outstanding support. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing customer calls and emails while collaborating closely with our auction management team for both site-based and online vehicle auctions. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to support the auction process
  • Deliver high quality customer service through a variety of interactions including calls, and emails.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve issues for customers relating to the auction and vehicle sale process
  • Communicate clearly and effectively both internally and externally
  • Escalate calls or cases in a timely and appropriate manner in line with KPI's and business objectives
  • Adhere to workplace processes and procedures
  • Assist with the processing of vehicle information for auction

About you:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience and track record for delivering high quality customer service. Contact Centre experience is preferred.
  • Passion to deliver seamless experience for customers and go the extra mile
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Current driver's license
  • Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
