Whether you are an experienced Real Estate administration person or looking for your opportunity to start a new career in real estate, this position is ideal for someone that enjoys administration and wanting to work Monday to Friday.
Our client is a prestigious brand in beautiful Malvern.You will be working in the prestige property market and working with leaders of the industry in both Sales and Property Management.
Summary of role but not limited to;
- Perform reception duties including answering all telephone calls and filtering calls through to staff members.
- Update the client database with accuracy and amend records when required.
- Maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related material for ease of retrieval.
- Type, edit and format letters, reports and presentations.
- Act as a host to clients, ensure they are satisfactory accommodated and provided with secretarial assistance if needed
- Forward client enquires to appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
- Miscellaneous typing
- Monitor and manage the meeting room diaries
General Administration:
- Coordinate maintenance for the office through managing agent
- Arrange monthly staff meeting including
- Creating the meeting minutes
- Obtaining sales and PM figures
- Coordinate a chairperson each month
- Send reminders to staff to lodge their monthly goals, nominate their sales person of the month
- Take minutes during the meeting and then forward afterwards
- Excellent phone manner
- Can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation
- Stable work history
- And above everything a great attitude with the drive to be apart of a successful team
