YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to Senior Leadership, the Area Leader role is responsible for leading multi-site stores located in NSW.

Our Area Leaders play a critical role in enabling our teams to be successful, deliver our business strategy and ensure long term sustainable growth for both our people and the business.

Travel will be required to reach business objectives.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Multisite Retail leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of successful leading highperformance teams
  • Previous experience implementing business & process improvement
  • Proven experience meeting commercial targets, identifying efficiencies, and implementing
- business plans to support sustainable business growth

  • Commercially astute with ability to drive change and innovation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing capability
  • Ability to coach and inspire teams and create high levels of engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with teams
  • Comfortable to provide feedback and develop others
  • Results & solutions oriented
  • Maintains a sense of urgency
