Duties and responsibilities include:
Manage key client portfolio – Lead from the frontSupport the Office Principal with mentorship of junior team membersNegotiations and Account Management of key clientsEnsuring customer service standards are metWork closely with head office and the claims team
We are looking for someone with:Proven track record of Insurance Broking and Accounts ManagementKnowledge of NT general insurance policies – Construction, Energy, Engineering, Property, Infrastructure etcYou MUST be Tier 1 accreditedEffective communication, negotiation and influencing skillsPassionate about insuranceBeing a close-knit team, you must be willing work collaboratively to achieve successExcellent customer service and relationship building skills
