About the Role:

The Manager, Workforce Strategy is a pivotal leadership role within the Lutheran Homes Group (LHG), helping to shape the strategic direction and operational execution of our workforce initiatives which ensure we have the right people, with the right skills, at the right time.


The Manager, Workforce Strategy will lead a team of professionals to deliver functions and projects in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, workforce engagement and cultural transformation.

The role will also play a key role in building our organisations workforce reporting capability, allowing for greater data insights that support informed decision making.
