Office-based Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The Role:
We pride ourselves in providing superior customer service through our professional and technical team members always aware that our most valued assets are our people.
- Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Accurate processing of quotes, orders and invoices using V6 software
- Liaison and followup with key stakeholders to ensure the timely despatch of product to customers and completion of required administrative documentation
- General administration tasks and documentation
- Resolution of customer issues and general account management
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar sales support role or within manufacturing or construction industries would be highly regarded
- A confident proactive attitude
- Professional yet friendly telephone manner and approach
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- A strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn on the job supported by skilled team members
