Job Description:
Position Summary


The purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service as a liaison for the coordination of service works for Genie New South Wales field and workshop service department.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily service works for field and workshop.
  • Scheduling and reporting for field service, workshop repairs and major inspection workflows.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers on behalf of the service department.
  • Creation and management of service department job cards and purchase orders.
  • Assist with parts and servicerelated transactions.
  • Meet objectives and KPI's.
  • Responsible for providing superior customer service, building, and developing relationships with our customers.
  • Other office and branch duties as required.


Position qualifications- 3-5 years' experience in a coordination and/or customer-oriented administration role (rental or AWP industry desirable but not essential).- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Effective time management with attention to detail.- Experience working with Oracle (desirable but not essential).
