Are you a Sales Support person looking to step up into an Executive Assistant level role supporting one of the best operators in their marketplace?

My client is a multi-office, prestigious real estate group who are dominating the North Shore marketplace. Based out of their Lower North Shore office, this role will be working on some of the area's most exclusive properties, directly supporting a busy Director who is a successful selling Agent in their own right


Due to success within their pre-existing team, our client is now looking for a switched on Client Services Manager/Executive Assistant who can join their team and help drive success and let this Director focus on the dollar productive stuff.


In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for all sales and marketing administration support for Director, with no Sales duties involved whatsoever.


The Perks

The Position
In the role of Client Services Manager/Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing listing presentations, sales proposals, and agency agreements
  • Liaising with buyers, vendors, and solicitors throughout the sales process
  • Arranging presettlement inspections, open homes, auctions, marketing appointments, building inspections, stylist, and buyer appointments
  • Vendor reporting
  • Manage the exchange to settlement process.
  • High volume administrative duties for current listings
  • Organising prelisting kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents and sales contracts
  • Managing team social media
  • Database management and updating client records.

The Person

  • Previous real estate experience, ideally in a sales admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent/Director
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal presentation is a must
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong administrative skills with great time management
  • Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multitasker
  • Great customer focussed attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and have outstanding communication skills
  • Knowledge of the North Shore area preferred but not essential
