Join our team as an Operations Effectiveness Advisor and take the lead in driving impactful change within the Retail Lending Process using data-driven strategies. As a key member of the Specialist Customer Care Team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement and embed transformative initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive program of continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies. Additionally, you'll leverage data to provide insightful operational reporting to empower decision-making within the team. Harnessing your technological acumen and expertise with data analysis tools, you'll explore and leverage cutting-edge systems and applications to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Acting as a vital intermediary, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating strategic objectives into clear and actionable development requirements.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain reporting systems leveraging data analytics to monitor operational performance across the Specialist Customer Care team.
  • Lead the definition, implementation, and integration of process improvement initiatives throughout the Specialist Customer Care department, ensuring thorough assessment of impacts on service delivery and resource allocation.
  • Create comprehensive communication and training materials grounded in data insights for all changes affecting Specialist Customer Care functions, ensuring smooth transitions and effective application.
  • Provide timely feedback on Quality Program outcomes, identify opportunities for refinement and conduct targeted reviews to enhance performance.
  • Administer and improve Compliance monitoring activities within Specialist Customer Care, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and Bank policies.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience with a strong focus on data analytics and operations optimisation
  • Demonstrable SME experience with operational and partner processes and associated systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, Sunlink, Allfi etc)
  • Experience in roles requiring high levels of stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaboration with a proven ability to drive change through data-driven insights
  • Proficiency in SQL for business reporting, with the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse data to drive operational improvements
