This fast-growing tech business, helping many of Australia's biggest brands and retailers create, manage, source and distribute high quality digital product content to consumers, is looking for a passionate, energetic and highly organised People Operations Advisor,

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Run daily PX Operations in coherence with global philosophies
  • Ensure execution of operational programs (payroll, benefits, etc) are run in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise between Australian employees and the global PX team on operational matters, including compensation, benefits, policies and promotions.
  • Ensure good, uptodate local knowledge, including on workplace health and safety, leave, employee entitlements and legal matters.
  • Understand and build information on the local market, HR benchmarks, trends, etc. to drive recommendations.
  • Partner with PXBPs and managers on local management processes: performance, termination, employee relations, promotions / role changes.
  • Handle the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Be the Office Manager for our Australia office:
  • Ownership of office logistics: staff training, off-sites, local events, and programs.
  • Daily office and facilities management.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • You have 12 years of experience in HR in a fastpaced environment.
  • You have worked in a progressive People / HR organisation and have the skills to work crossfunctionally with all areas of the People Team.
  • You have the ability to drive change, as well as effectively deal with change management initiatives.
  • You are a selfstarter with a track record of putting ideas into practice.
  • You are a great teammate and are willing to jump in where needed to get the job done.
